Messenger has been integrated into Facebook

Social website Facebook has brought back the chat feature Messenger after 9 years, now users will be able to chat on Facebook without the Messenger application.

A separate Messenger application was introduced in 2014 to promote it as a messaging application.

After Messenger was given the status of a separate application, users had to download the Messenger app separately when using Facebook’s Inbox on mobile.

Although mobile users used to send messages from Facebook inbox, they had to download the Messenger application on their phones to do so.

The Messenger application also provided the facility to the users to make the same app as the default messaging app if the user wanted, after which the common messages received on the mobile were also visible on the same application.

However, recently the Facebook management announced the integration of Messenger into Facebook, with the aim of providing convenience to mobile users.

Now users can use Facebook inbox without having to download the messenger application in their mobile.

Many users expressed their happiness at the integration of Messenger into Facebook, calling it the first good feature of 2023.
